No return call for my referral
I was referred to Dr. Brandon for gel injections by my orthopedic specialist. After 2 weeks i had not heard anything and decided to reach out myself. I was told the first time i called that Dr. Brandon and his PA were only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So i called back the next week at 8 am and was told that they werent in yet and to call back. So i called back at around 9:30 and was forwarded to his PA's VM. No return call. I tried for 2 more weeks and left VM's and no return call. I am in serious pain and needed these injections. I dont understand why even a phone call stating something, even if they couldnt help me to let me know rather than keep me waiting for a call back i was never going to get.
