advortho.org is an orthopaedic specialist directory that helps patients find and connect with board-certified orthopaedic surgeons and providers across the United States. Provider data is sourced from the NPI Registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and may be enhanced by providers who claim their profiles.

3. Not Medical Advice

advortho.org is an informational directory only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The information on this site should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. The inclusion of a provider in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

4. Provider Information Accuracy

Provider information is sourced from the CMS NPI Registry and is believed to be accurate at the time of import. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.

• Providers may claim and update their profiles to ensure accuracy
• Insurance acceptance, office hours, and availability may change without notice
• We encourage patients to verify information directly with the provider's office

5. Patient Contact Requests

When you submit a contact request through advortho.org, your information is forwarded to the provider. We do not guarantee a response from any provider. The submission of a contact request does not create a patient-provider relationship.

6. Provider Accounts

Providers who claim their profiles agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain current credentials and contact information
• Not misrepresent their qualifications, specialties, or affiliations
• Comply with all applicable medical licensing and advertising laws

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any provider profile that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The advortho name, logo, and website design are the property of advortho.org. Provider data sourced from the NPI Registry is public domain. Content submitted by providers (bios, photos) remains the property of the submitting provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

advortho.org is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: inaccurate provider information, failed contact requests, or decisions made based on directory information.

9. Prohibited Use

• Scraping or bulk downloading provider data
• Using the service for spam, solicitation, or marketing to providers
• Submitting false or misleading contact requests
• Attempting to access provider accounts or administrative features without authorization

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
